The Trafford & Stockport College Group (TSCG) has an opportunity for an experienced Trainer Assessor to join the Health and Social Care team to help us achieve our vision of unlocking potential and fostering success.
Role
Hours: 18.12 hours per week
Salary: £31,374.00 - £41,289.00 FTE
Employer Pension Contribution: 21.8% (£6,839.53 - £9,001.00 per year) FTE
Location: This role will be supporting all our campuses (Cheadle, Stretford, Altrincham, Marple and Stockport)
Role Responsibilities
* Deliver sessions to adults and apprenticeships either at college or within a setting
* Complete assessments in the workplace
* Support the personal and social development of all learners and apprentices as embedded in the curriculum

As a dedicated Trainer Assessor specialising in Health and Social Care, you will bring experience and passion for nurturing the development of our students. You will create engaging and effective training programs, foster a supportive learning environment, and stay up-to-date with educational trends and methodologies to ensure relevant and impactful sessions. Your goal is to inspire and equip early years professionals with the knowledge and tools to make a positive difference in children's lives.
Qualifications: Candidates must have a minimum Level 3 Teaching Assistant or Health and Social Care Level 3 qualification, Assessor qualification, GCSE 4+/Functional Skills Level 2 in maths and English. A driving licence and car are required to perform visits.
