About the Role
Full‑time Care Assistant position, working a 3 on, 3 off rotation. The role involves supporting the physical, emotional and social well‑being of residents in Dementia, Nursing, Residential and Specialist care homes.
Under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, you will provide personal care (washing, dressing, hygiene, and meals), assist with daily activities and deliver compassionate end‑of‑life care. You will also be responsible for safeguarding residents, recognising signs of abuse, harm or neglect and reporting concerns in accordance with organisational policy.
Responsibilities
* Support the physical, emotional, and social well‑being of residents.
* Provide personal care, including washing, dressing, hygiene and meals.
* Assist residents with daily activities and mobility.
* Deliver compassionate end‑of‑life care and support.
* Identify potential safeguarding issues and report them appropriately.
