My client is one of London’s most active tenant-focused commercial property agency, advising high-growth businesses on all aspects of their office strategy from consultancy and space planning to the search, negotiation, and acquisition of both flexible and conventional office space.
The Role
We’re looking for a driven and ambitious Business Development Executive / Manager to help us expand our client base across the London office market.
This is an outbound-focused role, engaging directly with senior decision-makers including CEOs, CFOs, Heads of Operations, Heads of Facilities, and Office Managers at companies seeking serviced, managed, or conventional office space.
You’ll play a key role in identifying new business opportunities by researching and calling C-suite leaders and senior decision-makers at some of the most exciting and fast-growing companies, using insights from lease events, fundraising rounds, IPOs, business news, and our internal database, and setting up qualified meetings for the advisory team.
