Responsibilities
* Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food production and service.
* Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to enhance team performance.
* Assist in food preparation and cooking, ensuring dishes are prepared to the highest standards.
* Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations and hygiene practices.
* Train new kitchen staff on procedures, equipment use, and safety protocols.
* Collaborate with management in day to day activities
* Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
* Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area at all times.
Skills
* Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant or hotel environment.
* Strong supervisory experience with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
* Excellent leadership skills, fostering a collaborative atmosphere among staff.

Pay: £12.75-£14.00 per hour
