The Role We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Health and Safety Advisor to lead our day-to-day health and safety function across all departments and sites. This is a standalone role within the business, supported by our external health and safety consultants. The successful candidate will act as the first point of contact for all health and safety matters, carrying out audits and inspections, preparing documentation, and ensuring compliance with legislation. You will work closely with managers and staff across the company to embed a positive safety culture and drive continuous improvements. Key Responsibilities Health and Safety Audits & Inspections * Carry out site and departmental inspections, ensuring compliance with company and statutory requirements. * Produce reports with findings and recommendations, following up on actions with managers. * Support teams in implementing corrective measures and sharing best practices.
