About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Internal Technical Recruiter to join one of our client's for an internal/ on site role. This is a 3-month fixed-term contract to support a critical hiring push across our technical departments. You’ll take full ownership of the recruitment process for roles in IT, Product and data. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who can hit the ground running and deliver fast, high-quality results in a short time frame.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical roles including engineering, DevOps, QA, and product
* Partner with hiring managers to scope roles, define requirements, and align on hiring processes
* Source and engage candidates through direct outreach, job boards, LinkedIn, and other channels
* Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate interviews to assess technical fit and motivation
* Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
* Coordinate interviews and manage scheduling logistics
* Ensure a smooth, engaging candidate experience from application to offer
* Deliver regular updates and insights to hiring managers and People team stakeholders
Requirements
Essential:
* 2+ years’ experience recruiting for technical roles (agency or in-house)
* Confident sourcing for hard-to-fill roles in tech, including passive candidates
* Experience using modern ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workable)
* Strong communication skills and ability to work autonomously
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with short timelines
Desirable:
* Experience in an in house recruitment team.
* Understanding of DE&I best practices in hiring
* Familiarity with basic technical concepts (e.g., front-end vs. back-end, cloud, agile)
