We’re now looking for a Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and take our food to the next level.
Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the kitchen team, ensuring smooth daily operations
* Plan and execute menus inspired by authentic Indian street food traditions
* Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency
* Oversee ordering, stock control, and kitchen budgeting
* Ensure food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations are followed at all times
* Train, motivate, and develop junior staff
* Work closely with management to develop seasonal specials and new ideas
Qualifications & Skills
* Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Chef in a busy restaurant environment
* Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine (street food experience is a plus)
* Leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills
* Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Passion for food, creativity, and innovation
