Business to Business Account Lead
Full time 37.5 hours based at our Central office in Preston.
Salary: Competitive
This is a Fixed term contract for 12 months with a planned start date of April 2026.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Be the main point of contact for our B2B customers and manage the relationship with them, delivering excellent customer service
2. Identify opportunities for sales growth by; proposing new ranges, managing and negotiating cost prices with customers, planning promotional and other marketing activity
3. Ensuring day to day queries from customers are dealt with effectively and efficiently
4. Taking an active role and leading meetings with customers and communicating their requirements internally
5. Completing weekly Sales and Service Level analysis

6. Experience of having to effectively prioritize and be adaptable in a professional environment
7. Customer Service Experience
8. Strong verbal and written communication skills
9. Ability to take accountability for actions and decisions
10. The ability to work as part of a close knit team
11. Experience and confidence in dealing with challenging situations
12. To be able to problem solve and find answers for yourself
13. Experience of leading meetings
14. Ability to analyse data to inform commercial decisions
15. Attention to detail
16. UK Driving Licence
17. Willing to travel within the UK
Desirable for the role:
18. Experience using Microsoft outlook and excel
19. Food retail or other FMCG experience
20. Line management experience
21. Worked previously in a sales or business related role
22. Educated to degree level
23. GCSE Maths & English grades A-C or equivalent
