With exciting growth plans for 2025/6, including the launch of a white-label version of their platform, this is an opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects involving platform development, multi-instance functionality, and advanced permissions systems. You’ll play a pivotal role in building robust, efficient back-end systems and ensuring seamless scalability while collaborating on innovative features to enhance the user experience. This position is being offered on a hybrid working basis, with 3 days (Mon, Wed, Fri) in the office and 2 days remote As a Back End Developer You Will: * Develop scalable back-end systems to support white-label platform deployments. * Build and maintain functionality for multi-instance platforms and permission-based user access. * Optimise database queries for performance and efficiency. * Collaborate with front-end developers and product teams to deliver a seamless user experience. * Work with payment and subscription systems, ensuring smooth integration and security. * Contribute to infrastructure planning to support future platform growth. What We’re Looking For: * Core Skills: * Expertise in PHP, Laravel, and the LAMP stack. * Experience in multi-instance platform development and user permissions systems. * Strong knowledge of JavaScript, JQuery, and front-end collaboration. * Solid understanding of HTML/CSS and best practices. * Proficiency in GitHub and documentation practices. * Experience with payment or subscription systems. * Desirable Experience: * Knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud infrastructure. * Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello) and design platforms (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD). * Background in platform scaling and deployment for white-label solutions. * Qualities: * A proactive and solution-focused mindset with attention to detail. * Strong communicator and collaborative team player. * Thrives in a fast-paced, growing business environment.
