Role Overview
Drive passenger vehicles safely and professionally
Follow scheduled routes and timings
Carry out daily vehicle safety checks
Assist passengers when required
Report defects or incidents correctly
Follow company and DVSA safety standards
UK Legal Requirements (Must Have)
Valid UK Category D or D1 driving licence (PSV/PCV entitlement)
Valid Driver CPC qualification (up to date)
Digital tachograph card (if required)
Right to work in the UK
Follow drivers' hours & rest regulations
Comply with working time rules for road transport drivers
Good understanding of road & passenger safety
Enhanced DBS (or willing to obtain one)
Skills & Experience
Professional and reliable attitude
Good timekeeping
Strong safety awareness
Previous PSV/bus/coach experience preferred
Local knowledge of Wigan beneficial
