We’re looking for a Project Manager / Business Analyst to join a high-impact digital transformation programme. This role sits at the heart of delivery—bridging technology and operations to implement a key integration between a bespoke SQL-based system and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance.
This isn’t just about delivery—it’s about driving real change and ensuring teams are ready to adopt new ways of working.
🔧 What You’ll Be Doing
* Lead delivery of a system integration between SQL-based applications and D365 Finance
* Work closely with internal developers and external suppliers
* Map and align key business processes with the technical solution
* Drive user adoption, training, and change management across operational teams
* Manage stakeholders and keep delivery on track in a fast-paced environment
* Support testing phases, including UAT and business readiness
🧠What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience delivering systems integrations (ideally SQL → D365 Finance)
* Strong Project Management + Business Analysis skillset
* Experience translating business needs into technical requirements
* Hands-on involvement in UAT and testing cycles
* Ability to engage both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
