As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you’ll: Build and grow your own permanent sales desk from the ground up Manage the full recruitment cycle — from business development and client engagement to candidate sourcing, interviewing, and placement Develop and maintain long-term client partnerships Source and place high-performing BDMs and Sales Leaders Negotiate offers and ensure smooth placements Track performance, billings, and results — with full ownership and autonomy Collaborate closely with our operations team on contracts, invoicing, and compliance This is a fully office-based role, ideal for someone who thrives in a face-to-face, entrepreneurial environment.
