Key Responsibilities : Answer and log inbound calls professionally (using Salesforce)
Build strong internal and external customer relationships
Resolve complaints promptly, supporting customer retention
Assist credit control in resolving account queries
Support driver debrief process and record actions in Salesforce
Raise purchase orders and maintain records
Adhere to all Health & Safety procedures
Undertake other duties and training as required
Essential Skills & Attributes : Numerate and confident using PCs
Strong telephone manner and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently under pressure
High attention to detail
