Key Responsibilities
Collections
* Assist with offloading collections vans with a high level of attention to detail when scanning and segregating parcels.
* Pick up collections from our customers in the area within the agreed timeframe.
* Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed and proactively embraced.
* Highlight any collections that are going to be late and the reason for the delay to the operations team.
* Have a flexible approach to work to fit the fast-paced, changing working environment at Whistl.
Customer Service
* Provide all customers of Whistl with an outstanding level of service at all times.
* Pass on any queries or information gained from the customer at the point of the collection immediately upon return to the depot.
* Provide customers with support and information in the preparation of the mail.
* Maintain a professional manner whilst on-site at collection points and the depot.
Vans
* Keep your vehicle clean and presentable at all times.
* Always ensure your vehicle fully complies with company policy and the oil and fuel are topped up.
* Perform general vehicle maintenance and report any defects to the transport manager.

Additional Information
This Collections Driver role is 30 hours per week on a permanent contract, Monday to Friday. Start times are between 10:00hrs -13:00hrs.
