Job Responsibilities
* Support the Hospitality Manager in ensuring consistent customer care and delivery of catering services.
* Collaborate with the Head Chef to meet nutritional needs and maintain high service standards.
* Provide themed events for residents and maintain a welcoming dining environment.
* Ensure staff are trained, supervised, and appraised appropriately.
* Maintain Health & Safety measures, including compliance with COSHH and CQC regulations.
* Document and appraise staff activities, ensuring consistent quality of food and beverage service.
Qualifications & Experience
* Previous experience in team leadership in a similar role.
* Knowledge of COSHH and CQC regulations.
* Relevant qualifications in food safety, hygiene or catering services.
* Experience in a similar setting such as a restaurant or hotel desirable.
Additional Requirements
* DBS Disclosure check, cost funded by employer.
* Proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
