We’re looking for an experienced and creative Social Media & Influencer Specialist to join our team and grow our global community. As a Social Media & Influencer Specialist at TBCo, you will: Own and execute our long-term organic social strategy, focused on community, storytelling and brand growth. Manage the day-to-day running of all social media platforms, ensuring each channel is optimised for engagement, growth and storytelling. Write engaging, platform-appropriate copy that brings our tone of voice to life and supports our content priorities. Create content with a focus on short-form video and social-first visuals - delivering consistent, engaging, on-brand material across all channels. (we have an internal photographer & videographer in-house to support this, however content ideation is the responsibility of the Social Media & Influencer Specialist including attending core collection shoots to lead on content creation). Work cross-functionally with the wider content and marketing teams to align social media with seasonal priorities and key brand moments. Lead our influencer marketing strategy, with a focus on building an ambassador network that reflects the diversity and creativity of our audience. Manage influencer gifting - from identifying talent and outreach, to briefing, sending product and coordinating reshares. Collaborate with our paid media team to create and optimise organic content for paid use, ensuring social-first creative that converts. Stay on top of social media trends and platform developments - bringing new ideas to the table and keeping TBCo ahead of the curve. Contribute to broader marketing initiatives and play a key role in shaping how TBCo shows up in the world. The ideal candidate will have: Experience managing social media and influencer strategy for a consumer brand. Proven experience creating and editing engaging content across Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest Strong knowledge of social trends and platform tools and in interest in utilising AI A natural communicator with good copywriting skills and an eye for design. A creative mindset, comfortable with both strategy and execution. Confidence in analysing performance data and using insights to improve future content. Experience managing relationships with influencers and content creators. A willingness to maintain social platform performance over the weekend to support posting and UGC sharing.
