We are currently recruiting for a Tenancy Enforcement Officer in the Liverpool area! Offering a hybrid working model andpetitive hourly rates.
Your new role
1. Investigateplaints related to ASB, could be noiseplaints, harassment, vandalism, other disruptive activities. Gather evidence and assess the situation to establish appropriate actions
2. Provide support to victims, help navigate reporting processes and access to resources. Liaising with other agencies such as the police or social services
3. Conducting enforcement activities to address and mitigate ASB involves issuing warnings, notices or taking legal action if needed.
4. Work withmunity groups/ residents to make sure they are aware ofmunity standards and promote a safe environment. Includes preventative measures andmunity-based strategies
5. Collab with various stakeholders such as local authorities/law enforcement and housing associations to reduce asb with strategies for themunity
What you'll need to succeed
6. Proven experience in an ASB Management of Tenancy Enforcement Officer role.
7. Experience investigating ASB cases and gathering evidence, including witness statements.
8. Experience representing in court
9. Full driving licence and business insurance
