We are currently recruiting Cover Supervisors to work across a range of secondary schools in the Basingstoke area, starting as soon as possible. Roles are available on a full-time or part-time basis, offering flexibility and variety for those looking to gain experience in education.
Role Overview
As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising classes during teacher absences, delivering pre-set work, and maintaining a positive learning environment. You\'ll work across different schools, gaining valuable experience in varied settings.
Responsibilities
* Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans across a range of subjects
* Manage classroom behaviour and ensure students stay on task
* Support students with their learning and maintain a calm, focused atmosphere
* Adapt to different school environments and routines
Requirements
* Experience working with young people (school-based or similar setting)
* Strong communication and classroom management skills
