Job Position: Graduate Data Analyst (Engineer/Scientist) - via the Graduate Development Programme

Locations: We are able to consider candidates across the North West

Starting Salary: £25,000

Application Requirements:

1. Minimum 2:1 or above in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) subject.
2. Experience in analysing data.
3. Right to work in the UK unsponsored for the duration of the programme.
4. Ability to work on site up to 5 days a week.

Understanding the types of roles available to a Data Analyst:

* Data Analyst: Kick-start your career as a Data Analyst, transforming complex data into actionable insights, creating dynamic visualisations, and driving business decisions. Work with cutting-edge tools, collaborate with stakeholders, and develop automated reports and dashboards while refining your technical expertise in a fast-paced environment.

What makes a great Grayce Analyst?

* 2:1 Undergraduate Degree: A minimum 2:1 in a STEM field, with a solid academic basis in data analysis and science; an MSc is advantageous.
* Data Tools: Experience with Excel, R, SQL, or Python is essential. Experience with visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
* Analytical Problem Solving: Ability to spot patterns and think creatively, dissect complex issues, and apply critical thinking.
* Soft Skills: Effective communication, planning, organisation, a learning mindset, stakeholder management, and time management skills demonstrated through examples in the interview process.
