The Role
As a Strategic Enterprise Account Executive, you’ll be joining the first wave of enterprise sales hires in EMEA - owning and driving complex, high-value sales cycles with £8B+ revenue organisations.
This is a consultative, high-impact sales role where you’ll lead C-level conversations, and solve real procurement pain points.
What You’ll Do:
* Own the full sales cycle, engaging senior stakeholders
* Manage long, complex sales cycles with multiple decision-makers
* Build and maintain a strong pipeline through proactive outbound and warm leads, supported by marketing and BDRs
* Position the platform as a transformational solution, aligning with customers' short-term wins and long-term goals
* Contribute to the strategic growth of the EMEA sales function, helping shape the GTM motion and culture
* Use leading sales tools (Salesforce, Clari, Outreach, LinkedIn Navigator, etc.) to run an efficient and predictable sales process
What Does Success Look Like? You consistently exceed quota by closing large, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals and build trusted relationships with C-level executives. You’re a key player in launching the EMEA strategic sales function and influencing how the region scales.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* 7+ years of SaaS sales experience, with 3+ years closing complex enterprise deals
* Track record of success selling into large enterprises and navigating multi-stakeholder sales cycles
* Experience selling in early-stage, high-growth environments-comfortable with ambiguity and speed
* Strong command of MEDDPICC or similar sales methodologies
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills
* Background in procurement, finance, or applications-to-business SaaS is a bonus
