Responsibilities:
Own and drive the CRM strategy across email and other channels to boost retention, repeat purchases, and lifetime value.
Build, manage, and optimise automated journeys: welcome series, abandoned carts, post-purchase flows, and more.
Plan and run targeted campaigns, using segmentation and personalisation to make messages relevant and effective.
Track, analyse, and test campaigns to maximise performance and measure impact on key metrics like revenue, conversions, and LTV.
Work closely with e-commerce, marketing, and customer service teams to improve the customer experience and reduce churn.
What we're looking for:
Proven experience in a CRM role
Solid understanding of CRM best practices, segmentation, and automation.
Strong numeracy with excellent Excel and Google Analytics skills.
Pro-active problem-solver who spots issues and drives solutions.
