Located in the heart of London, the Novotel London Waterloo hotel is looking for you to bring your sparkling personality and social skills to the position of Reception Manager.

As our next Reception Manager, you...
Are a sparkling, upbeat personality capable of quickly building rapport in a fast-paced environment.
Will have autonomy over the day-to-day management of the front office, including rotas, team recruitment, and purchases. You will work with the Front Office Manager to address guest complaints and find solutions.
Coordinate with different hotel departments to ensure a memorable guest experience.
Motivate and inspire the front office team to deliver high-quality service, demonstrating confidence in guest relations, including those requiring special attention.
We seek someone proactive, curious, creative, and with a great sense of humor.
You enjoy learning and developing your team members.
As part of the management team, you will participate in management meetings and carry out Duty Management shifts.
