Job Title: Site Administrator / Document Controller

A leading construction company is seeking a Site Administrator / Document Controller to support a key project in Manchester. This is a site-based role ideal for someone highly organised, proactive, and confident managing documentation and site admin duties in a fast-paced construction environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage all site documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance
*
Use Procore to maintain up-to-date document control systems (uploading drawings, RFIs, submittals, etc.)
*
Coordinate document flow between site and head office
*
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the site team (meeting coordination, inductions, filing, etc.)
*
Maintain site registers (drawings, staff, visitors, etc.)
*
Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure documentation is submitted on time
*
Support with H&S paperwork and compliance documentation as needed
Requirements:
*
Previous experience in a Site Admin or Document Controller role on construction projects
*
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
*
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
*
Confident using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
*
Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities on site
