Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a diverse caseload of high-value and complex clinical negligence claims, emphasising serious injuries.
* Offer expert legal guidance and representation throughout the claims process.
* Lead and mentor a team of solicitors and support staff, providing invaluable guidance and support.
* Drive strategic business development and marketing initiatives to expand our client base and bolster our reputation in clinical negligence law.
* Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, medical professionals, and stakeholders.

Requirements
* Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 10 years PQE in clinical negligence law.
* Proven track record in handling high-value medical negligence claims from inception to conclusion.
* Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and lead a team, offering mentorship and guidance.
* Strong aptitude for business development and marketing, with a history of client base expansion.
