The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing multiple roofing contracts from inception to completion. This role requires strong project management skills and a proactive approach to health and safety. Key Responsibilities: Oversee multiple roofing projects simultaneously. Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Ensure timely procurement of all required materials. Managing and maintaining profitability through managing labour and material costs effectively. Working closely with the commercial team in managing valuations and invoicing. Health & Safety Role: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Prepare, review, and update Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS). Deliver effective site inductions. Identify additional training requirements Attend client meetings including pre-start and progress meetings. Communicate clearly any changes to regulations and site specific safety requirements to operatives. Point of contact for client an all stakeholders of the project Required Skills And Experience Minimum 1-2 years' experience managing roofing contracts and teams or similar. Strong knowledge of BUR and industry standards. Health & Safety and Working at Heights trained. SMSTS Certification preferable. KNEBOSH or IOSH preferable. Strong IT proficiency (e.g., Microsoft Office, project management software). Excellent communication, organisation, and reporting skills.
