Identity (IAM) SME
Role Overview:
The Identity SME will provide experienced subject matter support across identity and access management to help manage increased delivery volumes during a large merger programme. The role focuses on assurance, complex issue support, and maintaining operational stability throughout the transition.
Required Technical Skills:
* Identity and Access Management (IAM) platforms and services
* Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
* SSO and authentication standards including SAML 2.0 and OpenID Connect
* Hybrid identity architectures spanning cloud and on premise environments
* Identity governance, controls, and operational processes
Required Experience:
* Strong background working as an Identity or IAM subject matter expert
* Experience supporting large volumes of joiners, movers, and leavers
* Experience acting as an escalation point for complex identity related issues
* Experience providing technical assurance and validation of identity changes
* Experience supporting BAU identity teams during periods of high change
* Experience working in enterprise scale identity environments
