Overview
We are looking to appoint a permanent Senior Attendance Officer – Family Outreach Worker for 37 hours per week, on a Term Time Only basis to join our team at Vale of York Academy.
The core focus of this role is to complement the professional work of teachers by implementing the school's Attendance Policy and improving the attendance of students. The post holder will work with identified students and their parents/carers whose attendance is a barrier to performance, and will record, monitor, evaluate and report on attendance data.
