Day-to-day, you'll:
* Work alongside individuals with learning disabilities to achieve personal goals.
* Promote inclusion, dignity, and choice.
* Provide respectful, person-centred support.
* Empower people to live independently and be active in their communities.
* Depending on an individual needs you may be required amongst other things to provide personal care, support with medication, maintaining household tasks and manage a tenancy.
About you
As a Support Worker, you should
* Be a great listener with a caring and supportive attitude.

* Focussed on the individual and not the routine.
* Be warm and friendly and have a natural caring nature, great sense of humour and a positive energy that brings a smile to people's faces.

Person Specification...
* Care Certificate, is desirable.
* QCF Level 2 in Health and Social care or equivalent, is desirable.
* Full driving licence, is desirable, but not essential.
