Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Area Manager to oversee our operations within the GB region. Based in Reading area, this pivotal role involves managing teams and ensuring the delivery of high-quality cleaning and support services that align with our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
* Lead and supervise site teams to ensure operational excellence.
* Develop and implement strategies to meet client needs and company standards.
* Maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their requirements and ensure satisfaction.
* Oversee service delivery across multiple sectors including medical, education, and retail.
* Manage budgets, resources, and schedules efficiently.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the region.
* Report on regional performance to senior management.
* Qualifications
* Proven supervising experience in facilities management or related field.
* Strong management skills with the ability to lead diverse teams.
* Excellent leadership qualities with a focus on team development.
* Ability to develop strategic plans and execute them effectively.
* Good understanding of health and safety regulations relevant to facilities services.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Experience working across multiple sectors is preferred.
* A relevant qualification in facilities management or business administration is advantageous.
