The Admin Clerk will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. You will support managers and colleagues through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.
* Maintain and update filing systems (electronic and physical)
* Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
* Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (letters, emails, packages) polite and professional manner
* Handle routine office tasks such as photocopying, scanning, faxing, and mailing
* Schedule appointments and meetings as needed
* Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary
* Assist in preparing reports, documents, and presentations
* Greet visitors and direct them to appropriate personnel
You will have:
* Computer literacy in Microsoft Office and WMS.
* The ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines and prioritise.
* Strong attention to detail and communication skills
