Data Management: Overseeing the entry and reporting of sensitive information using school management systems ( SIMS, Arbor, or Bromcom ), ensuring 100% accuracy for census returns and internal tracking. Admissions & Transitions: Supporting the complex process of student admissions, including the coordination of "Transition Days" for Year 6 students and the processing of mid-year applications. Stakeholder Liaison: Acting as a professional bridge between the school, the Local Authority, and parents, handling enquiries with a high degree of discretion and technical knowledge. Compliance & Governance: Assisting the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) with the preparation of documents for Governors' meetings and ensuring all school policies are up-to-date and accessible.
