Job Description
In this role, you will oversee the operations of two coffee shops—Java—and a brand-new restaurant, Bite and Co, alongside our bustling grab-and-go/multi-fresh server. Serving up to 600-800 covers a day of high-quality, fresh food, and with a growing campus population of 2000 on-site, your leadership will be pivotal in meeting and exceeding the evolving demands.
Reporting directly to the General Manager and the Head of Food, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of our culinary offerings. Your primary focus will be on enhancing customer service and driving spend per head, ensuring that every interaction with our food leaves a lasting impression.

Key Responsibilities

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
* leadership skills with core competencies around developing a vision, strategic leadership and team engagement
* Operational Management of multi-site or single site management demonstrating continuous improvement with a turnover of more than £2m and operating on a commercial basis
