The Role
We are seeking a passionate CRM Administrator to join our team at Southampton. This pivotal role involves managing customer data, ensuring accuracy, and supporting CRM operations to facilitate business growth. You will work closely with Marketing, Data Protection, and retail teams, managing large data volumes, troubleshooting issues, and supporting data analysis.
Key Responsibilities
* Update and maintain customer and vehicle records across CRM systems.
* Identify and resolve data quality issues, liaising with relevant teams.
* Generate performance, sales, and aftersales reports; analyze data for trends and opportunities.
* Assist in marketing campaigns by extracting customer contact lists.
* Ensure customer communications are timely and compliant with GDPR.
Ideal Candidate
Strong attention to detail, excellent Excel and Office skills, and experience with data management are essential. You should be comfortable working with large data volumes, communicating professionally, and solving problems proactively. Experience in CRM, data analysis, or administrative support is preferred. Knowledge of GDPR and data security is also important.
