Student Welcome & Induction Co-ordinator
Salary £24,792 - £26,893
37.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per year plus 5 INSET days per year
We are seeking to appoint a Student Welcome and Induction Co-ordinator to join our amazing team at St Cuthbert Mayne School.
The purpose of this role is to support students who join our school outside of the normal transition periods, so that they feel part of our school community and the impact of moving schools on their learning is kept to a minimum. This is a new role for our school, which is offered initially on a 1 year fixed term contract until 31st August 2026.
The successful candidate will have experience and knowledge of:
* Working with young people
* Building strong relationships with students and their families
* The key stage 3 and 4 national curriculum
* Supporting children with their learning
* Removing barriers to learning
* Working as part of a team
* Effective communication
