Researching the sector and understanding how certain world issues may affect the job market
Sourcing a client and selling your expertise so that they will work with your during their hiring process
Finding what they are looking for in a future employee. This is done through headhunting, cold calling and advertising
Organising interviews for this candidate and giving them tips to succeed in the process
Negotiate the deal and contract for them when they get placed
