Your Role –
11. Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP)
12. Fridays only, 9:00am – 5:00pm (7.5 hours)
13. All appointments triaged beforehand; strong continuity of care with patients seeing the same clinician
14. Mix of acute on-the-day cases, chronic disease management & respiratory focus (COPD, asthma)
15. All-age patient group
16. Home visits: Possible ward round in care homes if the other ANP is on leave
17. Own consulting room (shared on rotation)
18. Funded training and development
