We are seeking an Office Administrator who specialises in Attendance to join our team at Everest Community Academy, part of Bourne Education Trust.
As Office Administrator (Specialist), you will provide accurate, efficient, and high-quality administrative and clerical support within the school, delivering an excellent and proactive front‑line service to families and visitors. Your primary focus will be on attendance, though you may also take responsibility for other specialist areas such as Admissions, Inclusion, or similar functions. These areas of specialism are flexible and may change according to the school’s operational needs.

Contract: Term‑time, permanent
Hours: 37 hours per week, 37 weeks per year
Start Date: January 2026

Key responsibilities
* To maintain the school's attendance records and produce reports
* To ensure the school's attendance records are kept in line with statutory requirements.
* Provide effective specialist support in your designated area
* Research and analyse data and information appropriate and relevant to your current specialism
Requirements
* An awareness and commitment to the protection and safeguarding of children
* Experience working in an office environment
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Previous reception / administrative experience within a school environment
* Experience of school software packages such as Arbor
