Our client is an industry leader in delivering water projects andis seeking a dynamicProduct Managerto take full ownership of the commercial and strategic performance of theirwater division.This pivotal role will be responsible for driving range expansion, delivering sales and margin targets, and ensuring market-leading products through initiatives informed by customer and market insight.
Key Accountabilities
* Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from development to launch, in line with commercial objectives.
* Drive range growth and innovation through market analysis, customer feedback, and competitive insights.
* Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver new products and range extensions.
* Report monthly on portfolio performance against P&L, market share, and competitor activity.
* Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, ensuring compelling value propositions are communicated effectively.
* Collaborate closely with technical, commercial, marketing, and distribution teams to optimise product performance.
* Represent the organisation at industry forums, working groups, and customer product forums.
* Ensure all product documentation is accurate, compliant, and commercially effective.
Essential Requirements
* Proven success in a product or portfolio management role, ideally within the utlities, water or related industries.
* Strong commercial acumen with experience managing P&L and developing strategic product plans.
* Skilled in stakeholder engagement across internal and external networks.
* Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary projects to completion, on time and in full.
* Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
* In-depth knowledge of potable and non-potable water product markets, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
This is a hybrid role.
