We are currently looking for Examination Invigilators to join our team, who will ensure that all examinations take place in an environment that enables students the best opportunity to achieve their potential, whilst adhering to the awarding body guidelines. You will be responsible for the preparation of the examination room in accordance with examination board regulations, distributing examination papers and reading out official announcements. You will be expected to remain vigilant for the duration of the examination to prevent cheating and distractions and also being sensitive to the needs of candidates who may be feeling under stress, unwell or have special requirements. This post is to apply to join a pool and work on an 'as and when' basis. Please be advised that you will only be approached when exam hours are made available. These hours will vary and will include evenings and occasional Saturdays. Some invigilation sessions will be notified at short notice and therefore flexibility will be required. All successful Invigilators will need to attend a full training session to familiarise themselves with the College and its processes.
