Due to continued growth within our Responsive Works division, we are seeking an experienced Project Surveyor to join our team based out of Finsbury Park. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-quality maintenance services to our social housing clients. Key Responsibilities Undertake all aspects of surveying for responsive maintenance projects. Manage and lead a team to ensure works are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Oversee cost control, valuations, and financial reporting for projects. Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain strong working relationships. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies. About You Proven experience as a Project Surveyor within the social housing sector, ideally with a focus on responsive maintenance. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team. Excellent commercial awareness and knowledge of building maintenance processes. Effective communication and organisational skills. Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management are desirable. Why Join Us?
