Your responsibilities for this role will include:
* Managing behaviour and supporting the class teacher
* Assisting students during class making sure they are on track
* Using imagination and innovation to enhance the learning experience of all the children
* Working with small groups and 1:1
* Safeguarding children
* Communicating with parents and carers over pupils' progress
* Having a flexible approach and ability to adapt resources on the spot
The ideal candidate must possess the following requirements:
* An Enhanced child DBS on the update service or willingness to get a new one
* Eligibility to work in the UK (sponsorship is not available with this role)
* Able to make an impression on both us and our client
* Previous experience in Schools preferred
* 2 recent professional references (this is essential)
* Flexibly adhere to the needs of the children in a professional and friendly manner
* Good classroom management skills
