The Role
Our Tax Consultancy service line operates as a national team supporting clients from all our offices. Due to continued growth, we are recruiting for a Private Client Tax Manager based at our Leeds Office.
The main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Liaising with clients and the wider team to deliver Private Client Tax Advisory Services
* Conducting new client meetings regarding Tax Advisory opportunities
* Providing proactive Tax planning advice for clients
* Managing various service line projects, including reviewing work of team members
* Monitoring work in progress, recoveries, and billing
* Having formal line management responsibility for Tax Seniors and Trainees
* Handling ad hoc queries from the firm as required

The Candidate
To fulfill the responsibilities of this position, candidates should be / have:
* CTA qualified with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a Private Client role
* Experience leading advisory projects
* Knowledge of Agricultural Tax and Trust matters (desirable)
* A Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
* Experience dealing directly with clients ensuring excellent service
* Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
* Strong teamwork skills for effective collaboration across teams
