The Payroll Manager (HYBRID) leads the Payroll Team, reporting to and supporting the People Operations Leader in delivering the payroll for c11,000 employees. They will be accountable for and report to senior stakeholders on the service delivered by the payroll team.

Description
The Payroll Manager (HYBRID) role focuses on leading and delivering end to end internal payroll in line with legislation in a timely and accurate manner with a high level of employee experience at the forefront of the delivery. This is done in collaboration with the global People Hub Team based in Bangalore.
In addition to overseeing the payroll, management of the team and reporting to stakeholders, a key component of the role is delivering or leading on projects that impact the payroll delivery in the form of legislative, benefit or system changes.
