We are a Housing Association in North Belfast providing affordable quality housing to those in need. We have recently expanded our operations in Belfast to over 1200 properties and we currently employ 50 staff. We wish to recruit a suitably qualified person for the following post: DEVELOPMENT & ACQUISITIONS OFFICERRef: DAO/06/26 The post holder will be required to manage and progress all housing development opportunities on behalf of the Association in accordance with the DfC Housing Association Guide and under the direction of the Development Manager. This is a full-time permanent post working 37 hours per week.
