The role will report to the Head of CommsKey Responsibilities are to:Define, shape and implement the end-to-end marketing strategy across Ecommerce, PPC, Social, Affiliate, Trade, Email and Influencer Marketing in line with brand objectives.Oversee the day-to-day website management, including optimisation, user experience, web development and new collection launches.Working closely with the founder and wider team to deliver acquisition and retention KPIs to scale DTC sales.Implementation and management of the Magento 2 system, utilising all features and third-party applications to improve UX and traffic conversion.Develop and utilise reporting for continuous review and optimisation of the ecommerce and marketing strategy.Proactively identifying opportunities to drive growth and brand awareness.Coordinate all marketing efforts and all marketing collateral across all pillars to ensure a seamless brand persona and consistent messaging. Oversee the development of creative and compelling marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, print, events, and more.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and business goals.Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation across all pillars of the business.Manage the global marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimise strategies and tactics.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and industry influencers, to support global marketing efforts.Stay informed about industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing, and integrate relevant trends into our marketing strategy.Requirements include:Must have broad ecommerce management and digital marketing experience within a luxury, fashion or beauty brandAn analytical and entrepreneurial mind that will think out of the box. Proven track record of success in developing and executing strategic marketing plans that drive business results across multiple pillars - knowing what works and what doesn’t work, specifically across digital and paid marketing.
