Base pay range
Location: HSL Comfort House Grange Rd, Soothill, Batley WF17 6LN
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Hours of work: 9am to 5pm
Days of work: Monday to Friday
Salary: £25k-30k (Depending on experience)

Job Overview:
HSL is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Marketing and Communications Executive to support the delivery of a comprehensive PR and communications strategy. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping brand messaging, supporting showroom growth, and engaging customers through impactful content and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Co-ordination
* Develop and implement engaging content plans across all social media channels
* Capture and curate visual and written content aligned with brand values
* Manage online communities, responding to customer interactions and fostering engagement
Content Creation
* Capture high-quality, engaging content across our product range, showrooms, and manufacturing sites
* Edit content for use across multiple platforms, ensuring consistency and quality
* Collaborate with creative and e-commerce teams to support campaigns and digital initiatives
Local Marketing & Events
* Plan and execute local marketing campaigns to drive footfall and sales at showroom level
* Organise and manage in-store events to increase customer engagement and brand awareness
* Work closely with showroom managers to identify and tailor marketing activity to local needs
* Develop and maintain a local marketing toolkit, reviewing its effectiveness annually
Retail Marketing Support
* Support the roll-out of national campaigns to ensure consistent implementation across all showrooms
* Monitor campaign performance, providing data-driven insights and recommendations
* Oversee the distribution and usage of marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency
* Conduct competitor and market research to identify new opportunities and industry trends
Requirements
* Highly self-motivated and results-oriented
* Commercially minded, with an interest in performance metrics and ROI
* Strong communication skills with the ability to influence across multiple business levels
* Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and content quality
* Flexible and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
