We arecurrently seeking to employ an experienced Reception Team Leaderto support the Front Of House Manager in developing a professional, customer focused Front of House team and to ensure the smooth running of the day to day Front of House operations. You will have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role with the ability to lead, inspire and build positive working relationships with a team of front of house receptionists. This is a permanent role workingMonday to Friday with rotating shiftsbetween 8:00 am and 7:00 pm ( 40 hours a week) at an annual salary of £ 34,000. ?Key responsibilities include : Develop clear and up to date process and procedures and maintain and execute a procedures manual in line with contractual requirements. Ensure that the service becomes an indispensable part of the client business and that the service is delivered in a proactive, relevant, and innovative way. Ensure the team are trained and the services undertaken as per the procedures ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements. Build positive working relationships at all levels and willing to go the extra mile. Ensure that the team and systems are ready at the start of each day. Guarantee that the reception area is fully compliant with all Health & Safety and environmental legislation. Perform other duties as assigned by your manager.
