 * Manage end-to-end payroll processes across multiple payroll types, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
 * Oversee payroll reconciliations, validations, audits, statutory payments, and CIS returns.
 * Maintain effective payroll controls and introduce improvements where required.
 * Manage workplace pension schemes, salary sacrifice arrangements, and employee advances.
 * Handle expense processes for employees working under different regulatory conditions.
 * Complete regular bank reconciliations to ensure accurate cash management.
 * Monitor departmental performance.
 * Identify process improvements and implement actions to enhance efficiency and service quality.
 * Support compliance through regular training and adherence to company policies.
 * Lead, guide, and develop team members to encourage continuous learning and growth.
