My Northamptonshire based client is looking for a permanent Head of Compensation & Benefits.
This role will suit a strategic thinker with a passion for reward, benefits, and data-driven decision-making. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Compensation & Benefits professional to lead the UK & Ireland reward strategy and help shape a culture where people feel valued.
In this role you will:
* Lead the annual compensation cycle, bonus schemes, and gender pay gap analysis
* Manage salary benchmarking, survey submissions, and incentive plan design
* Oversee employee benefits including healthcare, risk, and company car schemes
* Drive employee engagement through recognition and benefits communication
* Govern defined contribution pension plans and lead related communications
* Mentor an Analyst and collaborate across the wider HR function

* Strong analytical skills and confidence working with large data sets
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

* Adept at working flexibly, with a small team

Package includes:
Up to £85,000 salary
