1. Maintain discipline and standards, whilst nurturing the social and moral development of OCdts. 2. Assist G4 when required, taking over accommodation, delivery of rations and stores. 3. Assist PSI/SPSI in the supervision of the successful execution of the Commanding Officer’s Training Directive, monitoring the quality of activity training and maintaining high standards throughout. 4. Subsidiary tasks may include, Trauma Risk Management (TRiM), Equality Diversion Inclusion Advisor (EDIA), and assisting the Safety Health and Environment (SHE). 5. Act as a unit driver in support of OCdt sporting or AT activities. 6. Assist in the delivery and execution of Adventurous Trg and Sporting events. 7. All other duties particular to the unit as directed by the Executive Officer (XO). 8. Act as a role model of the British Army’s values, standards and ethos.
